Essential browser storage keeps your basket, game progress and privacy choices on this device. A private order-access token is stored in your browser session so you can return to your order status. This token is not a public sharing link.

Direct enquiries store your name, email, optional phone/institution, purpose, message, consent and submission date privately. Direct orders additionally store delivery details, selected items, prices, shipping, order status and any bank transaction reference you submit. Payments take place in your UPI app; this website never asks for a card number, banking password or UPI PIN. The owner verifies payment personally.

Optional analytics is off until you allow it in Privacy choices. If allowed, first-party commerce records, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog measure product views/clicks, basket additions, checkout starts and order requests. Contact, delivery and bank-reference details are not included in analytics events. A completed-order conversion is recorded only after the owner verifies payment. You can withdraw optional analytics through Privacy choices. Google Analytics 4 loads only after analytics consent. Meta Pixel is not connected; marketing tracking remains off.

Product reviews require a display name, private email, rating, review and publication consent. They appear only after moderation. A verified-purchase label requires a matching completed website order and private order access. Book-reader reviews follow the separate reader-review form and may appear immediately; their email addresses remain private. Uploaded product media is published by the authorised owner; book-review photos are published according to the contributor’s consent.

The optional book-reminder form stores the name, WhatsApp number, selected book, chosen message categories, consent wording/date and form source needed for the requested follow-up. Reminder information is kept for up to 12 months after the last relevant interaction, unless consent is withdrawn sooner or longer retention is required.

Creative Corner stores the contributor’s name, private email, title, contribution, category, badge, reactions, consent and creation/expiry times. Only the chosen name and work are public. Creative work stops appearing after seven days; expired content and media are removed during the next expiry sweep. A private submission contact record and media-free recognition record may remain. Review, reminder and Creative Corner records are not combined with PostHog browsing history or sold for unrelated profiling.

Book descriptions, prices and availability are provided for general information and may change. Publisher purchases take place on external websites and are governed by the publisher’s terms. Direct enquiries are confirmed personally before any purchase. Book-reader reviews may publish immediately; product reviews are moderated before publication. All reviews must be honest, respectful and free of private information. A person uploading a picture confirms that they own it or have permission from identifiable people shown; inappropriate reviews or pictures may later be removed. Creative Corner contributors confirm that they own or are permitted to share their submitted material. Contributions publish immediately for seven days and must be respectful, age-appropriate and free of private or sensitive information; reported or inappropriate material may be removed. Website text, teaching resources and original media may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Merchandise shipping is ₹70 within Chandigarh/Tricity and a flat ₹129 to the rest of India. Shipping is free on direct website basket orders of ₹1,499 or more, including author-supplied books placed through the basket. Standard orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days; handmade or personalised orders require 7–10 working days. Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Courier transit is additional and depends on the destination; dispatch windows are not guaranteed arrival dates. External publisher purchases follow the shipping terms shown by that seller.

Personalised and handmade products cannot be returned for a general change of mind. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to dr.annie@dranniegupta.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photographs. A replacement or refund is offered after verification. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the supplied order is incorrect or damaged. External publisher orders follow that seller’s return and refund policy.
