This website does not process payments or store card or UPI details. Contact, newsletter and workshop-builder forms prepare an email in your own email application. Reader-review submissions require a name and email and store the perspective, book title, star rating, review, consent wording and date. A reader may optionally upload one book-related picture for public display with the review. Reviews appear publicly immediately, but only the chosen name—not the email—is displayed. The optional book-reminder form stores only the name, WhatsApp number, selected book, chosen message categories, consent wording, consent date and form source needed to honour that request. Reminder information is kept for up to 12 months after the last relevant interaction, unless consent is withdrawn sooner or longer retention is legally required. Creative Corner submissions require a name and private email and store the title, contribution, category, badge, reactions, consent choices and creation/expiry times. Only the name and creative work are displayed publicly. Creative work stops appearing after seven days; expired post text and uploaded media are deleted during the next expiry sweep. The contributor’s name, private email, submission title, type and date remain in the owner-only submission record, while a media-free recognition record may also remain. Review, reminder and Creative Corner records are not combined with PostHog browsing history, sold or used for unrelated profiling. Privacy-conscious analytics may record page, button and engagement activity without adding submitted names, emails or WhatsApp numbers.

Book descriptions, prices and availability are provided for general information and may change. Publisher purchases take place on external websites and are governed by the publisher’s terms. Direct enquiries are confirmed personally before any purchase. Reviews publish immediately and must be honest, respectful and free of private information. A person uploading a picture confirms that they own it or have permission from identifiable people shown; inappropriate reviews or pictures may later be removed. Creative Corner contributors confirm that they own or are permitted to share their submitted material. Contributions publish immediately for seven days and must be respectful, age-appropriate and free of private or sensitive information; reported or inappropriate material may be removed. Website text, teaching resources and original media may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Merchandise shipping is ₹70 within Chandigarh/Tricity and a flat ₹129 to the rest of India. Shipping is free on merchandise orders of ₹1,499 or more. Standard orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days; handmade or personalised orders require 7–10 working days. Tracking details are shared after dispatch. External publisher purchases follow the shipping terms shown by that seller.

Personalised and handmade products cannot be returned for a general change of mind. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to dr.annie@dranniegupta.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photographs. A replacement or refund is offered after verification. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the supplied order is incorrect or damaged. External publisher orders follow that seller’s return and refund policy.
